First, please make sure you're doing an activity that is eligible for earning points.

If you are doing an eligible activity, please make sure it is set to “public” in whatever service you used to record the activity. We are not able to give credit for activities that you mark as “private”.

We would also recommend you to erase the connection and connect it again. This way we'll make sure the configuration is correct.

Keep in mind that we get the data from other applications so that information may not get to us immediately when you have just exercised. Sometimes it takes a couple of hours to receive that information and you can see it reflected in your WeFitter account. Patience, every day an update is made of all the information, your activity will eventually appear.

 If you have done all of the above and you still don't see it in your WeFitter activity stream, please contact us and we'll figure it out.
